Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your e-mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a brand new email box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your email box accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you want to redirect mails from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your email box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest.
