Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop computer. Just select the file that you wish to upload from your desktop PC and then drag it to your browser window. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your hard drive. Besides, you can download files and even folders to your disk drive by pressing the Download button.

All action buttons are handily located above the file/folder list and you can modify your files with ease. With the File Manager graphical user interface, you will be able to archive and extract all types of files. It does work amazingly fast - just select the files you would like to pack and push the Compress button. You can even select the compression format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract files from an archive to a specified directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager, you actually do not need any third-party software tools in order to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to see the contents of your image files to get an idea of how the images will in fact show up on the web. Plus, you will find a set of integrated file editors, which will give you complete control over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are meant for more proficient users, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy users.
